Briggs Benson, a South Georgia Native, played collegiate baseball in South Florida before pursuing his BS & MS in Mechanical Engineering at Georgia Tech. His extensive fitness background spans CrossFit, powerlifting, bodybuilding, and functional fitness. Driven by his strong belief in the power of hard work and consistency, Briggs founded Fourteen23 Fitness to help others achieve their best. Combining his passion for athletics with his engineering expertise, he now designs cutting-edge programs that integrate fitness and science to engineer optimal athletic performance.

Raised in Roswell, Georgia, Matt is fluent in English, Brazilian Portuguese, and Spanish. He focuses on creating sustainable health and wellness plans that optimize performance in all areas of life. Matt’s positive and holistic approach emphasizes longevity, rehabilitating setbacks, and empowering clients to achieve their best selves, both mentally and physically.
