Homemade Chipotle Ranch

Instructions:
This one is simple. Place all of the mentioned ingredients in a blender and mix. Enjoy the kick!
P.S. If it is too spicy, lower the amount of chipotle peppers in the mixture.
Homemade Chipotle Ranch
Ingredients: (~30 Tbsp or ~15 Servings)
- 300g Plain Greek Yogurt
- 3 Cloves Garlic
- Juice from 1 Lime
- 1/2 Can, Chipotle Peppers in Adobo (~75 grams)
- 1/4 Ranch Packet ( ~3 Tbsp)
- 50 mL Fairlife Milk

Buffalo Chicken Dip

Instructions:
Mix all ingredients mentioned (with the exception of 1 cup of cheese) together in a bowl and pour in an oven-safe, aluminum foil pan. Cover the top of the mixture with the rest of the cheese (1 cup). Bake at 350 Degrees for 30 minutes.

Low Carb Barbecue Chicken Burrito

Instructions:
Pretty self-explanatory. Cook the chicken however you’d like and with whatever seasonings you like. I prefer to pressure cook it with chipotle peppers in adobo to give it more of a kick. Spread cheese over tortilla and warm in microwave to melt. Put chicken & sauce on top, roll it up, and put it down!

- 1 Low Carb, Carb-Balance Tortilla

White Chicken Chili

Instructions:
Your good ole, simple, crockpot recipe! Mix all ingredients (other than yogurt) into a crockpot and cook on low for 4-6 hours or on high for 3-4 hours. Take your chicken out and shred it, and then put it back into the crockpot. Mix in your yogurt and stir until creamy. Enjoy!
White Chicken Chili
Ingredients: (6 Servings)
- ~2 lbs Shredded Chicken
- 4 Cups Chicken Broth
- 2 15oz Cans, Great Northern Beans
- 2-4 oz Jalapeno Peppers
- 1 Cup Diced Onion
- 1 Cup Whole Kernel Corn
- 1/4 Cup Cilantro
- Garlic, Cumin, Oregano, Salt, Pepper, Chili Powder, Cayenne Pepper
- 1-2 tbsp each
- 8 oz Plain Greek Yogurt

Protein Pancakes w/ Strawberries & Whip Cream

Instructions:
Mix the whey protein, Kodiak protein pancake mix, and fairlife milk into a bowl until fully mixed and consistent. Pour mixture into a baking pan and bake at 350 degrees for ~ 12 minutes. Take the sheet out and cut it into 8 pieces – 2 per serving size. Pour on 2 tbsp of sugar free syrup, 2 tbsp of sugar free whipped cream, and 4 diced strawberries.
Protein Pancakes w/ Strawberries & Whip Cream
Ingredients: (8 Servings)
- 3.5 Scoops Whey Protein
- 2 Scoops Kodiak Protein Pancakes (I prefer Chocolate Chip)
- 2.5 Cups Fairlife Milk
- Sugar Free Syrup
- Sugar Free Whip Cream
- ~ 15 Strawberries

Oikos Protein Yogurt

Instructions:
Mix the whey protein, PB2, and yogurt together until consistent. Mix in the semi-sweet chocolate chips at the end. Choose your own choice of flavor for the whey and yogurt – I personally like chocolate whey and strawberry yogurt. If you’d like, make a larger bacth with more servings and place it in the fridge overnight to reach a more gelato-type consistency.

- 1 Cup Flavored (or plain) yogurt
- My go-to is Triple Zero Oikos
- 1/2 Scoop Whey Protein
- 2 tbsp semi-sweet chocolate chips
