Standalone Screenings
Standalone Screenings are primarily conducted in person, utilizing advanced sensors and direct observation to thoroughly evaluate each athlete. However, basic physical screenings without sensors can be done remotely through video or other methods. During the screening, I perform a series of roughly 15 physical assessments tailored to identify limitations that could impact sports performance, with specific protocols for both baseball and golf. These screenings help distinguish between physical and technical limitations, ensuring targeted and strategic interventions. Additionally, we use accelerometers placed on the athletes’ body to analyze swing or throw mechanics, identifying sequencing inefficiencies and optimizing power production even without targeting strength. Post-screening, athletes receive a personalized list of exercises, stretches, and recommendations designed to address their unique limitations. This comprehensive, hour-long session includes both the screening and a sample workout.
1 on 1 Coaching
One-on-One Coaching service provides a highly personalized and hands-on approach to athlete development, primarily conducted online, with in-person options available for those within reasonable distance. Initial screenings are offered at a discounted rate, similar to an initiation fee. Following the screening, athletes receive individualized daily coaching, 24/7 access to me for support, and tailored meal plans or general nutrition advice. Weekly workout plans are customized based on screening results, with regular check-ins to adjust training and nutrition as needed. I also focus on habit-building and personal development, helping athletes establish lasting healthy routines. Clients gain access to the Fourteen23 Fitness app for tracking workouts, nutrition, and habits. Active clients receive a free monthly screening to monitor progress and see tangible results.
Group Training
Our Group Training service is perfect for small groups of 4-5 friends, with larger groups available upon request. Group sessions can include both training and screenings, offering a more affordable and competitive environment that enhances the social and enjoyable aspects of the experience. These sessions are longer to ensure everyone receives sufficient attention, especially when individual screenings are involved. In-person group sessions are available within reasonable distance. For larger groups or teams, please contact me directly to arrange a customized setup.
